When Will My Order Ship?

Orders with payment received before 2PM EST should ship SAME BUSINESS DAY. If your order is received after 1PM EST it will ship the following business day.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order

Usually 2-3 business days for major cities and a few extra days if you live in a remote area. The shipping agency manages the shipping of your package, once we give them the package it is out of our control if the package is slow.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order completes (and ships) you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email. Please use that link to track your order.

Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to work, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon it might not reach a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system, etc.

What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Package?

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with shipping agency.
If a trace is filed, the shipping agency will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete.
Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if the said shipping agency is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free Xpress shipping.
